I'm sooo sleepy!

We started a new routine for Darla last Sunday, instead of putting her to be at 7pm and letting her fight her way to staying up later, we'd put her to bed at 9pm and she'd fall asleep pretty quickly. It's working and eventually, we'll bring her bed time back down to 8pm for the holidays by sending her to be ten minuites earlier..it's a long hard road, but we HAVE to get her into a routine for school. The problem is, however that I'm still sleeping in the living room so I can't sleep until 9pm at the earliest and I've only been doing this for a week and I'm soooo tired! They went out after we picked Darla up from playschool and I zonked out for a couple of hours and now I'm up and they should be home soon, but I'm TIRED!

I feel achy and run down and I know it's not helping my M.E and FMS because the mattress on the bed is old and I miss having the space to move around...another week of this I think and then we'll switch back so that I can go to bed at 6/7pm like I used to and catch up on my sleep.

I've written my two chapters of Waiting On You and today did chapter 31 of Dying Thoughts - Fourth Week so I've nearly done my work for the week, and you should see an update on that soon, but still, so tired, falling asleep as i type, bring on bedtime!

It must be pretty awful not being able to go to bed when you want to.

I agree with Trace, damn. I however am a night person and hardly ever sleep before 11p.m
I hope you manage to catch up during the day!

i would be cranky the whole day if i lack sleep. i love sleeping. i would doze off and on while watching a movie. but having a comfortable bed makes sleeping more enjoyable, so i hope you will be more comfy tonight.
