I started the blog "Living with Brittle Asthma (BA)" so that people can learn and be educated about what life is like for someone with this condition. My aim is for it to appear on a website for a charity that will promote awareness, offer support and do research for effective BA treatments.

- I'm twenty-seven, I'm a published author. My first book 'Blackout' was released on August 10th of 2005 and my second book, 'Dying Thoughts - First Touch' will hit the shelves in November this year (2009). I can be found on most days at my computer screen, typing frantically, working on my seventh and eighth books, I'm writing two at the same time! I'm also about to become a uni student again, going for a degree in Health and Social Care, from there I may do another degree in Sociology, but right now it's anyones guess! I suffer from three chronic conditions which meant that I was retired from my job on medical grounds at nineteen. Since then, I've been an author and I think it's all I ever really want to do. I suffer from type one brittle asthma, Myalgic Encephalopathy aka M.E. and Fibromyalgia. Due to these conditions I go around in the Flying Purple People Eater, the FPPE for short, and also know as my wheelchair.
